Safe and Healthy Community Allocation
At the outset of the Automated Traffic Enforcement Program, Council has approved the details of the policy for allocating the funds generated from ATE. This is currently being advertised and residents will soon find the information enclosed with their utility bills.
All ATE revenue will be allocated as follows:

2) no less than 40% will be allocated to a life- cycle capital replacement plan, and
3) up to 10% will go to a participatory budget in which the public will have a say in how funds will be allocated.
